I spoke with her this morning and was told that I couldn't file a complaint since Mr. McCormick already disbarred himself. I was told to fill out the reimbursement form...can anyone tell me what address and phone number I should use on the form for Mr. McCormick...I have different ones...I'm not sure what is valid as of right now. The DA needs to prosecute him. You all have a chance of getting some money back. McCormick has all of his assets (and he's got a lot) tied up in trusts in his kids and wife's name. That doesn't mean it can't be liquidated with the right amount of fire power. The IRS can take anything from anyone anytime, regardless of if it even belongs to them or not. I was informed by someone close to the situation that Matt McCormick was disbarred from the CA Bar Association today. I cannot confirm this, I just checked the CA Bar website and they still show active, but it could take a while to update.
